Steep 50 grams of dried Grape Leaves (Waraqul ‘Inab) in a liter of water. Put it on the stove until it boils for 30 minutes. Remove it from the fire, leave it for 15 minutes, purify (strain), then take (drink) 3 averaged sized teacups in the┬ámorning before eating.

There is another possible method with Apple Cider Vinegar. Drink two spoonfuls of it mixed with a cup of water with every meal, but if this is not possible due to a work related reason, then you can use (take) two cups of the vinegar water mixture once daily in the morning after rising from bed and again at night before going to sleep. You must drink a cup of water every 30 minutes. And to add to that, you must exercise by walking no less than 30 minutes a day.
