Sorry Joy. I don’t have that info. Try calling one of the numbers above and ask to be transferred to the enjaz branch, or maybe they can simply give you the correct tele#.
I hope this helps.

Ameera, I don’t know which branch is nearest to the one in Faisaliyyah. I’m not familiar with that district. Call one of the agencies listed above, In Shaa Allaah they’ll direct you.

I sent money to Indonesia using my Sri Lanka friend named Muhamed Ibrahim. I do not have any Samba account at the moment as I do not have Iqama yet (only 2weeks in KSA). unfortunately the money is bloked with the reason “waiting document from sender”. I have checked w/ the bank that Ibrahim needs to fax a copy of his passport to USA and we did it, but still the money is blocked with the same reason.
Please advice. I have spent a lot of money to go to the bank for many times to solve this matter.
Thank you.

Info from Western Union…
Sending from Saudi Arabia: Non-Saudi Arabian citizens must present a Passport or Residency Card (iqamah). In Saudi American Bank-Speedcash locations, Non-Saudi Arabian citizens must present a Residency Card and a copy of a valid Passport stamped/attested by their sponsor for sending or receiving Money Transfers.
Your receipt should have a MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number). It allows you to track the status of your money transfer online. Click here…

Western Union/Enjaz Bank al Bilad is on King ‘Abdul ‘Aziz St. – Corniche. This is the closest one to the United Doctors Hospital (I believe). (966)(1) 4798319
As for Ashrafiyyah, I’m sorry, no info. I don’t work for Western Union. Desert Diaries is just an FYI blog on life in Jeddah.
